Wordless Wednesday: Mystery Cousins

(back) Ettie B., Florence M.
(middle) Orel N., Ethel M.
(front) Carla (or Carie) K.

The back of this studio portrait postcard says, "I guess you know these" and to the right of the names, "cousins" is circled and underlined.

Florence is Florence Anna Sowerby, of Rochester NY. Never married. A "double cousin" on my mother's side. Meaning the other four young ladies were my cousins too, but I don't have a clue how. More research is in order!

This almost Wordless Wednesday is sponsored by GeneaBloggers,
but the main site for WW entries is here.
Image and video hosting by TinyPic
UPDATE: Further research did reveal this is not "Florence of Rochester".
See Tale of Two Florences for who these girls really are.

Jean, didn't whoever wrote that *know* without last names, 100 years later, people wouldn't know? lol! Alas, I'm guilty of this very thing, but am trying to be better.

Aunt Amelia, I certainly will report her if I find out who those girls were! No luck so far. :-(
